Igor Pesin is a Partner and Investment Director at Life.SREDA VC, a global fintech-focused venture capital fund, headquartered in Singapore. Being responsible at Life.SREDA for the investments throughout their entire life cycle, Igor has executed more than 20 fintech deals across the world – in the US, Europe, CIS and Asia. Some companies, invested by Life.SREDA, are well-know benchmarks in the fintech space: Simple bank (sold to financial group BBVA), Moven, Fidor, Anthemis, SumUp, Allset, Rocketbank, Lenddo etc. Among 20 investments, Igor executed 7 successful exits through M&As and secondary deals.

Previous Igor’s background includes mix of corporate and entrepreneurial experience: 5 years in management consultancy and M&A (Strategy Partners Group, KPMG, IT businesses of JFK System) and 4 years as serial entrepreneur, launching and managing own startups in the e-commerce and tech space.
Igor passed a full-time MBA program in management, finance and investments at SKOLKOVO (US, China, Russia), entrepreneurship and innovations executive program at MIT Sloan (US), holds degrees in math and economics from The Higher School of Economics (Russia)

Jeremy Berger

Portfolio Director of Life.SREDA
Jeremy is the Portfolio Director of Life.SREDA, one of the first fintech only venture capital funds in Southeast Asia. Through it’s two funds, Life.SREDA has made over 20 investments across the US, Europe, & SE Asia with 7 exits to date. Jeremy manages the digital banking, blockchain, and digital compliance side of the portfolio.
Jeremy is also the COO of Arival Bank, a venture-backed digital banking startup for SMEs. Additionally, Jeremy helped create Goldbell Investments, the corporate VC fund of the Goldbell Group, focusing on investments in mobility and automotive innovations. Jeremy is also a speaker and panelist at different conferences such as the World Blockchain Summit, Blockchain Fair Asia, & Singapore Business Review’s 20 hottest startups.
Prior to joining the venture capital and startup scene in Singapore, Jeremy worked for various fintech startups, venture accelerators, and one of the largest wealth management & investment firms in the US.
Originally from Chicago, Jeremy completed his degree in global business at the University of South Florida (St. Petersburg) where he launched one of the first athletic organisations in school history. He built the baseball club from the ground up and turned it into a nationally ranked team. Jeremy also spent summers studying and working in Eastern Europe & Southeast Asia.

In March, 2016 Life.SREDA VC has launched its own fintech co-working space in Singapore
The 3200 square foot co-work space, meant for fintech-related community events and ventures, comes with a bouquet of facilities, a fintech library with books curated by Life.SREDA and a café. Additionally, the co-working space includes an art gallery that will feature a changing selection of art pieces from renowned international artists, an events zone complete with small stage and seating areas within the co-working space to host events, meetups and other community activities.
